British Virgin Islands – a cell phone is provided at a flat rate of $10.00. These phones are pay as you go and we can put as little as $5 or as much as $900 credit on for you!. Communication between your boat and the base is much easier, as well as a lot cheaper - all incoming calls are free. These phones come pre-loaded with phone numbers for all the marinas, fuel docks and restaurants in the BVI which we think is a brilliant idea.

WIRELESS HOTSPOT
Make your boat a wireless hotspot with the simple installation of a small pyramid shaped antenna that either plugs directly into the 12volt or 110v system on the boat and VOILA! MANDATORY CHARGES
Cruising Tax $2.00/person day 12/01 - 04/30 and $0.75/person day 05/01 - 11/30
National Parks Permit:
$25.00-$55.00 for 7 days 2-10 people
For over 10 people the costs are $5/person/week
These charges are doubled the second week or part thereof
Fuel
Taxi transfers
$40/day for security insurance plus a refundable $400 security deposit
Airport departure tax $15.00 per person plus a $5 charge for the extra security involved in checking bags therefore a total of $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY
To protect yourself against loss of charter fees caused by forces beyond your or our control, we suggest that you purchase travel insurance. We recommend that you contact Travel Insured at www.travelinsured.com or 1-800-243-3174 to arrange insurance.

The charterer may cancel subject to the following charges:

90 or more days prior to the charter start date $300
Between 90 and 45 days prior to the charter start date 50% of the charter fee
45 days or less prior to the charter start date, all charges other than the cruising tax, national parks permit, VISAR donation and insurance
